How long we keep personal data
Space 4 Beauty or if you have requested us to remove the personal data from our systems.
View, modify or delete data You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or object to processing your personal data by Space 4 Beauty, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. To ensure that the access request has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible but within four weeks. Space 4 Beauty would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Customer form
At your first treatment at Space 4 Beauty, you will be asked to fill in your personal data used in our salon software system. You can indicate on the form whether or not you want to be kept informed of promotions and newsletters.

Creating an account
If you want to make an appointment online via the website in our schedule, you must first register with your email address. Your name, telephone number and name and address details will also be requested. We have a legitimate interest in this. We keep this information for six months after you cancel the account. We keep this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again. We can approach you more efficiently if necessary for a new appointment. You can change information through your account whenever you want.
